Creating a New Message to Your Property Manager
In this section, you will learn how to create a new message and send it to your property manager.
Note: If you have a Maintenance issue, please create a Maintenance Ticket (you can add a message and photos within a maintenance ticket)
Login to your resident portal
- Login at www.renterinsight.com
- If you don't have a login, contact your property manager
- Note: You can login from your smart phone and take photos to add to your ticket
- From the Resident Portal Menu, click Contact Us under Property Communications
- Select New Message
- Type your message and click Send
- Your property will be notified of the new message and will respond to you
- You will see the message you sent as well as your property manager's reply in your Communication Thread
- You will also receive an email to the email address we have on file with the new message from the property
