Create Maintenance Ticket


Learn how to create a Maintenance Ticket for issues that need to be resolved  by your property management company
You can quickly create a maintenance ticket from the resident portal that will instantly notify your property manager and provide them with needed information to resolve your issue.

  1. Login to your resident portal

    1. Login at www.renterinsight.com
      1. If you don't have a login, contact your property manager
      2. Note:  You can login from your smart phone and take photos to add to your ticket

  1. Under Maintenance Requests, Click Create Request


  1. Complete Maintenance Ticket

    1. Add all details to ticket
    2. Add photos
    3. Click Save

  1. Your property management company will receive a notification you have created a
    maintenance ticket
  2. If your property has questions, they can send you a message from within the ticket. 
    You
    will receive an email notice and can reply to the email or from within the ticket in
    the resident portal

  1. You will receive an email update when your ticket has been completed
    and closed


  1. You can view all open and closed tickets from your resident portal under Maintenance
    Request


  1. You can click into any of the requests and add additional messages to the property if
    the issue isn't properly resolved
