You can easily purchase an affordable Renters Insurance Policy from Renter Insight.  Not only will the Renters Insurance policy fulfil any landlord lease requirements, it will give you peace of mind that your belongings are covered covered and you are limiting your exposure to liability in the event of an accidental fire, overflowed tub and much more.

  1. Login to your resident portal

    1. Login at www.renterinsight.com
      1. If you don't have a login, contact your property manager
      2. Note:  You can also login from your smart phone


  1. Purchase a new Policy

    1. To purchase a new policy, simply click on Instant Quote.

  1. Verify your information is correct.

  1. Select Coverage amount, Payment Frequency and Start Date


  1. Enter Payment Information


  1. Policy Confirmation
    1. You can print your policy confirmation and will also receive it by email.
    2. This email will contain a user ID and temporary password to manage your policy.





Policy Management

After you have purchased your policy, you can use our Policy Management to Pay Premiums, File a Claim, or Update Your Personal Information.
Note:  You will need the user credentials that were emailed to when you purchased your policy which came from Millennial Specialty Insurance (MSI).
