Credit Builder

Boost your credit with Renter Insight Credit Builder.  Renter Insight will report only on-time rent payments to credit bureau each month.

Payments are reported twice a monthly.

Activate Credit Builder

From your resident portal Dashboard, click the Activate button on the Credit Builder tile.

1. Click Activate Now

1. The default will give you monthly reporting and a one time update to your credit report of your last 24 months' payments.
   
2. You can enter a zero for the Payment History if you don't want an instant boost.
   
3. Enter Payment Information and Submit.
   
4. Your subscription will automatically stop at the end of your lease, or when you move out

1. Your subscription is now active and you can view the months that are reported.
   

Cancel Subscription

1. To cancel your subscription before the end of your lease, click View
   

1. Click Unsubscribe
   

1. Click Subscriptions and then click on the Credit Builder Subscription
   

1. Click on the Three Dot Menu
   
2. Click Cancel Subscription
