You are able to pay your rent in cash at over 30,000 locations across the U.S..  Locations like, Walmart, Walgreens & 7-Eleven. 
To pay with cash, you will need to generate a bar code from your resident portal and either print, or show your mobile device to the cashier to scan.

  1. Login to your resident portal

    1. Login at www.renterinsight.com
      1. If you don't have a login, contact your property manager
      2. Note:  You can also login from your smart phone or Renter Insight App

  1. On the Header Menu, click Cash Pay


  2. Pay your balance in cash

  3. There is a $4 fee that will be charged by the payment location

  4. Property will receive a notification that your rent is paid and your ledger balance
    will be updated in the Renter Insight Portal (normally takes 60 minutes to update)
