Autopay Rent Payments

Auto Rent Payment

Set up autopay and your rent will be debited from your chosen account each month.  We will stop autopay at the end of your lease term.  Easily make rent payments using credit card, debit card, or ACH (electronic check).

Payment Processing Cost

This is the standard cost to make electronic payments.  In some cases, property managers choose to absorb the payment processing fees.

You will see the amount charged, if any when you create your payment, but before you submit the payment.

1. Login to your resident portal
   

1. Login at www.renterinsight.com
   
1. If you don't have a login, contact your property manager
   
2. Note:  You can also login from your smart phone & download the web app. 
   

1. On the Header Menu, click Make Payment
   

1. Select Enroll in Autopay

1. You can also make a one-time payment if you prefer.
   

1. Choose Payment Frequency
   

1. Choose Payment Method
   

2. Click Save
   

1. Your autopay is now active

1. Cancel Autopay

1. Autopay will automatically stop at the end of your lease term.  Follow these instructions to turn off autopay prior to the end of your lease.
   
2. Click on Edit Autopay

1. From the Frequency drop down, choose Turn Auto-Pay Off
   

1. Click Save

1. Your autopay is now turned off
